He has always had a deep passion for helping others. He is an advocate for supporting communities and working with like minded people to help in improving the lives of individuals that are in need.
He has proven himself to be a highly flexible leader and mentor within various organizations in which he has taken part. With many of his endeavors, he has delivered tangible results that have far exceeded expectations and helped to improve programs within communities.
Haroon has been in IT Management for over 20 years and has helped companies develop their strategic vision, governance and organizational structure.
He also has a great passion for leadership and has written a book titled "Choose to Lead: 7 Key Steps to Help Build and Improve Leadership Skills" which is designed for current and up and coming leaders.
In his spare time he enjoys reading self improvement books, playing tennis, pickleball and spending time with his family. Haroon received his Bachelors Degree from Montclair State University. He is a Six Sigma Blackbelt which was attained from Villanova University and has multiple IT and Process Certifications.
