Jocelyn Armstrong has been in Human Resources management for the non profit sector for more than 20 years. Her experience ranges from directing the administrative function of large agencies to strategic planning, recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations and policy writing, as well as day to day administrative and operational functions.
Among her many talents is the ability to strengthen the link between employees, management and stakeholders. She has a deep commitment to working in a collaborative, transparent and inclusive manner, which allows her to build lasting relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Jocelyn is also committed to continuous learning in order to develop and explore how to better her performance and enhance the infrastructure in order to ensure the necessary long-term success of the agency. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Religion from the Rutgers University, New Brunswick and holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Catholic University of America in Washington DC.
